I just thought I'd share I linework I completed today. I'm exhausted after finishing it, the detailing almost killed me!!! LOL :D I must admit I'm a bit giddy after finishing it, I'm very proud. I think this might be the best lines I've ever done! :) I can't wait to colour when I get time!

Sorry for the plastering with copyright but I'd die if this got stolen. And sorry for the bad scan, I didn't want to crease the A3 paper which doesn't fit in my scanner.

Wo! I wasn't expecting it to be a tikbalang (half horse half man/woman) valkyrie! This gets my vote! :horns:

wow thats more amazing work. i've admired your work since i joined DA and am amazed by the detail, design, colour and the characters you create, and this is more of the same quality, and you gotta colour it.

The elegance of the hand really shines through. With the stellar amount of detail you've put into this piece, it deserves to be something you're proud of. The one thing I noticed that was just slightly off was the length of the last leg joint. (There should be a name for it, but I don't quite know what it would be.) It's only a very minor thing, and barely noticeable, but I try to leave comments that might be helpful if only slightly instead of just praise. And the piece deserves praise, indeed! The one thing I noticed was just that the lower leg section in the background seems just slightly longer than the one in the foreground. It may be just a trick of the angle and you may have done it intentionally. Either way, it doesn't heavily detract from the piece at all, and the level of detail here is just stellar.

I hope the furbid auction goes wonderfully; you have a lot of skill. I considered bidding myself, though my passion lies more in traditional art.

Keep up the stellar work! And if my critique offends, know that it wasn't with intention! : )

Thank you so much for the detail and depth in your's rare to get such comments and I appreciate it a lot. :D THank you for taking the time, no offence only thanks! :)

Yes, now that you mention the leg issue I realise you're right, the background lower leg should be a bit shorter to match the front leg. Unfortunately too late to fix now but thanks for pointing that out...I always love help with anatomy.

Thanks again. :glomp:
