A commissioned piece of Tempest Omega, as he is tranforming into a more powerful form. It was wonderful to have a chance to illustrate this character as it is a familiar character with many renditions. It was fun trying to find a niche for my own work in the images covered by other artists. :)

I like the blurry effect on the tops of the wings. I'd suggest that the yellow lines have a radiant white highlight though, to make it more similar to lightning.. unless that's not what you wanted ;P overall, another masterpiece ! woo! :XD:
