An image I've been dreaming up for a while but finally it came to realisation over the last two days.

The character featured is that belonging to c2usaf2004 , Jacen Nojes. In the character's profile it mentioned that he owned two lightsabers, one a dual phase purple, the other a silver single blade with a Krayt Pearl as it's crystal. Krayt Pearls are only found in the stomach of Krayt Dragon so for Nojes to own one he must have killed/found one. This immediately caught my attention and I just had to illustrate the more dynamic option.

The Krayt Dragon design I've used here is heavily influenced by Terryl Whitlatch, a true master of creature design. I positively hate that four legged, triceratops thing that I've seen in several screenshots from some computer game, looks too much like your conventional dragon. Whitlatch's version is a lot less dragon influences and is an impressive design with no less than ten legs with which it can dive through mountains of sand. I took a few liberties here and there for dynamics and personal taste.
